Well i have neglected my poor LJ yet again, in the last few months I have faced the evil exams of Doom, the "highligt" of which has to be me mixing the date of my archaeology exam up and only finding out the exam was on Wednesday, not Thursday as I had planned for, at 4AM Wednesday morning.
Other than that i've spent time watching films, failing miserably to find a Summer job and catching up on my reading. Oh and an afternoon spent dressed up as a Victorian to talk to members of the Public, scary stuff!
Harry Potter 7 of course came out, and like the nerd i am I went to buy it at Midnight, this was surprisingly fun and involved drinking fre coffee and embaressing myself by knowing more than can possibly be healthy about dobby the house elf in a quiz, and getting hit on by a Death Eater....Disturbing stuff.
Last week I was in France, I say france it actually turned into a week long Disney fest with 1 day in parc Asterix, highlights being Buffalo bills very fake wild west show and a weird but awesome Stunt show at parc asterix. I also got an Asterix watch and Indiana jones hat. Raaaaar i am a proper Archaeologist now :P
On the way back from France I got a surprise trip to Hever castle, which is very beautiful and fascinating, and the tearoom does VERY nice cakes, I had 3, and an icecream...I have no self control :P
Since then i have been arguing constantly with my wretched bf and dreading Results day, as then I will find out if i've got the grades for Cambridge, that is scary, very scary.

Welllll just got back from my first trip to Primark, that place is a madhouse! Still despite the crazy scambling and boiling heat managed to snag: silky dressing gown, grey vest top with scarf, pink lace top and two pairs of knee high socks for £16, not half bad.
Also had a haircut, its short, straight and according to my hairdresser gradually turning blode, hmm, do they really have more fun I wonder?

hoW vERY dEEPLY bORING
Well Summer is here greeeeeeeeeeeat until I reach day 5 and realise that actually having countless free time isn't all it's cracked up to be and that as I have no money i'll have to face the terrifying prospect of getting a job :O
Then there's the fact everyone seems to be going on holiday apart from me (strops) soon i'll be alone (melodramatic sobbing)Well Charl will be here I hope, i'll kidnap her and keep her in the cupboard full of beetles in my bedroom mwahahhahahahahahhah.
In other news i'm having my room torn to shreds (Sink removed, ceiling lowered, bed changed, carpet replaced with floor boards bla bla) so i'll have to live in a building site. Really not fun, and while some girls might like having strange men constantly in their room i'm not that type :P Still the builders might be able to exterminate the vile beetles that keep appearing...that would be nice. But will have to tidy room, I don't wanna tidy room :( I like my junk look.
Boring update I know, but still lol I wanted a rant.
