at last!
i can't believe this community exists but i am so happy to have found people who can understand me. i detest faux mint. a lot. gum is evil. i was once trapped in a car with four mint-gum-chewers and the windows were rolled up...i gagged. i almost barfed. no exaggeration.
i am trying to reconcile myself to actual mint, the plant. since faux mint is really but a pale comparison to the real thing. i like a nice mojito, or a little mint sprinkled in tabbouleh. mint jelly, though, is still majorly ew.
has anyone tried a non-mint toothpaste? i.e. tom's of maine, who makes fennel and other such dental concoctions? i want to, but they're so damn expensive. why must my healthy teeth be slaves to the faux mint conspiracy?! why?!
