Laissez Lez Bon Temp Rouler
Im finally done moving, the only hang up is I still cant get my internet to work on my damn laptop. So Im having to use my little brothers, who moved with me. (we're still workin on that one)
I believe Im just going to buy a new laptop, Ive had a Compaq for a while and words can not explain how much I hate it. I think Im goin for an Apple next time, we'll see. Maybe a Powerbook G4, those looks sweet
This Monday my first article is coming out in my college newspaper. I have to go up to meet with the Editor today to talk about joining the staff as a columnist or something of the sort.

Also, Ive got a trip to New Orleans in the works too, I shoulda went this weekend actually. The weekend parties before Mardi Gras are always the best.

I've finally decided that in about a week or two, I'm going to be moving. Not far really, just about 10 miles closer to where I am going to school. Its a badass one story 3 bedroom townhouse, and it even has a wetbar in the living room- which I will utilize very soon after getting settled. The landlord just built a new deck in the backyard and replaced just about everything in it; so its all new- just for me.
Thankfully, since my last move, I havent collected much junk so it wont take long to move it. Once I get there I might not have internet connection for a while, could be as short as a couple days or as long as a month; Im not sure about that yet.
Also, this week I bought a black '06 Nissan Altima- its nice.
And, the best part, I have a trip to Bogota, Colombia in the works for about the middle of next month, I hope I can manage somehow to take the time off of school during that week. If everything works out, and I do go- I will no doubt be back with an insane amount of pictures to post.

You know what is a really good feeling? Seeing someone who totally deserves it, win an award because they are an excellent actor. Im tired of seeing the same damn people win everytime while the best actors get snubbed.

By the way- if you don't watch House, you are really missing out. Its one of the best shows on tv.

Im looking to buy a new car, well... new or used car. Right now I have a Chevy Truck but soon I will be having to give that back to my dad.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what type of car I should be looking at, let me know. I really just need something that gets good gas mileage.

Hostel:
Ok, so I went see Hostel last night. Its definitely not as gory as I had expected (hoped) it to be, but quite gross nonetheless. About 10 people in the theatre did get up and leave during the really bloody parts; and I of course had to laugh at them for that.
In fact there was a guy sitting about 4 seats down from me that actually puked all over himself during a scene that involved a chainsaw and lotsa blood!!
Its not as 'Tarantino' as I had thought it would be either... But overall, its a pretty damn good movie and it was worth the 8 bucks for the ticket. Hell of a lot better than Saw.
(And guys- there is a lot of naked chicks in the beginning)
