It's almost time!
Hey guys- wanted to get the word out to local folks about thrill the world. We have about a month to go before a bunch of Modesto folks participate in an international, record breaking dance number.
We currently need people from local schools who would be willing to dance or (please!) act as a liaison for their school to post fliers, host parties and get the word out. Will your P.E. teacher offer extra credit for participation? Your dance teacher? Will this count as an outside performance event for your music class? WE WON'T KNOW UNTIL YOU ASK! Find out who can come, who WILL come, and even if the only person interested is the person reading this right now, drop a line and hook up with the tons of other folks ready to shake their tukous to thriller.
On October 25th at 11 a.m. participants around the globe will dance to Micheal Jackson's "thriller" simultaneously.
Come out with us to learn the dance, dress up in your goriest zombie gear, and maybe raise some money for Maddox Youth center on Modesto south side.
The dance is easy to learn (you can do it in an afternoon, even if you haven't seen it before!) and it should be a good time. My plans
THEY GET 3 WEEKS OF VACATION?!?!? OMG!!! Wow!!! They're sooo lucky!!!
Well... none of my plans are definat... but usualy for the past 3 years I've stayed home for the first week of winter break to have x-mas with my mom and on x-mas day we go to Grandmas for like the whole day... but for the 2nd week I usualy go to my dad's house... I'm probably going to stay with my sister though. But I'm not sure if I get to go to my dad's or sister's because we have to move in a little while... I hope I get to go... I love spending that week with my dad...
