Yes you read that right, requests are open. Well on my side. ^^ But please read what I have below BEFORE filling out the form~! Thank you very much~!

Type of requests I'm taking: Friends only banner, layout banner/header, and colorbar
What's required of you: To fill out the form and send me HQ image(s)
Shareable or Non shareable? Please tell me. If it's non shareable, I'll personally MESSAGE you with your images in a ZIP file and I will display them in a smaller version with watermarks on it so others won't "steal" it.
The big thing: Please credit. Though there's no way of me finding you and say "Hey! Credit me!" It's common courtesy to credit.
The big no-no: Do NOT EVER HOTLINK! Please don't! Please upload them your own site or another hosting site.
Keep this in mind when filling out the form: I have slots, so it's basically first come first serve. And you can request up to 6 items. But do give me time to complete them. I'm not some miracle worker that I can finish EVERYTHING in one night. (Well, I can, but ya see, I have a life too...which is mostly dominated by school and cosplay stuff but majority of it is due to family) Oh and I only take requests from six people at a time. But go ahead and leave a comment and I'll put you up in the slot when I finish with all six people's request and post them up. ^^

And I'm really sorry for sounding so strict. It's so I can be organized and not deal with any "OMG you forgot this" or "OMG you got the wrong one" or something like that. ^^ And some shameless plug before you fill in the form. A while back, I was asked how to edit a certain picture that I posted up on my personal LJ. After a long time...I finally finished it. XP BUT FIRST~! Before we start, you need to download this PSD file first~! Just a warning, I used Photoshop CS3 for this tutorial, so I'm not sure if it would work for the older versions.
