Mattu University through its Technology Transfer and Community Service Directorate, is delivering a targeted training program entitled “Enhancing Urban Resilience through Smart Urban Agriculture: Revitalizing Mattu City and Bedele Town” The training is specifically designed for selected urban farmers drawn from Mattu City and Bedele Town
The initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of urban farmers by equipping them with practical skills and innovative approaches in smart urban agriculture. It responds to growing urban challenges such as food insecurity, limited land availability, unemployment, and the impacts of climate change.
