I've already posted my next batch to beatfrommyheart which many of you were kind enough to friend. Thank you all for your support, it means so much to me. 

Hopefully anyone else who wants to will come over to the new comm, and if not, thank you for joining me here. I've loved this comm, goodbye and I hope to see you all around LJ in the future =)

This community if officially closing, as I am moving to beatfrommyheart

I have enjoyed my time posting at this comm immensely, and appreciate every single person watching this comm. Thank you for your support, and I hope that as many of you as possible will join me at my new graphics home.

But I know a lot of you joined this comm a long time ago, back in the early days, with Twilight and Taylor Swift icons, and seeing as I hope to most smaller more frequent posts, I don't wish to impose on the people who no longer have any interest in the subjects posted here. I can also no longer keep my resource credit list in order, as it dates back 3-4 years; Therefore I wish to be able to give the people whose textures I do use the appropriate credit hence another reason for the move.

I hope many of you will friend the new comm, but I am putting on the tin what will be there: TV mostly, and some film graphics, including but not limited to Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Fringe, Game of Thrones, Glee, H50, Coldplay, Being Human, Haven, Misfits, The Borgias, Downton Abby, Torchwood, various other British shows, and any other fandoms that may take my fancy in the future =)

And once again, a massive thank you and my love to you all.

Finally proper post! Ideally, I would have split this in two, but I'm really disorganised, so it's all in one huge post. And just a quick thank you to justmyb0nes , for always being so unfailingly amazing and kind, and a huge apology to juliet42 , I promise the icons are coming, and I'm really, really sorry they're not done yet. Every time I make something I decide I hate it and delete it. But I will get them done really soon.
These are a bit different to usual, I've gone off the crazy colouring stuff (rejoice!) and been using more text and playing with composition and black and white too, so hopefully there's something here for everyone =)

I got PS on my laptop tonight, and here is the result of the last few hours work. Normally I'd wait and post a bigger batch, but a) I don't know how much time I'll have over the next few weeks (especially with a Big Bang soon), and b) I don't really know if I like these very much, and they probably look really different since it's a different computer, so sorry.

I've been absolutely blow away by the enormously wonderful response to my last few posts. So I decided on this as a thank you.
This is a request/spam-me-with-images post. Specific request or just images you want to see iconed, it doesn't matter. Any and all fandoms welcome, whether I normally icon them or not. Post as many pictures as you like, no limits. Only rule is they must be HQ Screencaps. No low-quality, candid or photoshoot images. For example, any of the images at Disparue or rawr-caps are perfect.

And I've been thinking about maybe doing a tutorial, would anyone be interested? And any particular effects you'd like to see in it?

20 Fringe Poliva Season 3 icons for 20inspirations

I found making these icons quite difficult, especially at first. They're definitely not my usual style, and as I only made them a few hours ago I'm not sure how I feel about them. I enjoyed the chance to experiment with lighting, as I usually think of it as tool rather than a technique.
