David Follen was a 24th century Human man, a professor of tactical sciences at Starfleet Academy.
Biography
In 2371, Follen served on the Academy's Tactical Sciences department staff. He reported to Chairman Arlene DiCassa and worked with fellow Professors Soolin Devim, Sara Kester, Hurran Mirasol, and Dova Rokam. He assisted in teaching the curriculum, which included TACT 103 Small-unit Tactics, TAC 201 Military Tactics, TAC 211 Introduction to Security Procedures, TACT 304 Heavy Weapons Training, TACT 306 Law Enforcement, and TACT 310 Starship Tactics.
