Megumi Island

My first experience with Megumi was Ranma ½;and of her albums and singles,I own all of here solo albums up to and including Feel Well(even the "unofficial/non-canonical" release Pulse),and I also own 2 non-album maxi-singles(the respective OP/ED's from Lost Universe and Saber Marionette J to X)...

How did you first get familiar with Megumi?

I guess this year's Slayers anniversary celebration is a pretty big deal ~ it looks like all of the TV show is being rereleased in Japan. I thought the first series came out in 1995? so this is the eleventh anniversary? haha interesting! (or I'm wrong! that seems probable)
anyhoo, I can't wait to hear those remakes, AND the new song! ^___^

Megu-sama had her baby on Monday, a little girl. I don't know the name, though. :)

I've already have a copy of Iravati which I won on eBay(and it's a good album);and I just nabbed Enfleurage(also on eBay)via the seller's Buy It Now option.She's good as a seiyuu(though Kappei Yamaguchi is ichiban in my books);but I've never imagined that she would be so damn great as a singer...

Hey! This is the first entry for Megumi Island. I just started this community today because there are no communities only for Megumi. Come on in and just talk about Megumi Hayashibara and any of her roles or herself, anything really as long as it's related to Megumi.

To start a conversation, Megumi recently announced that she is pregnant! Comments, thoughts? Personally, I'm happy for her, but if it were me I'd die because I'm not a fan of children.
