So this guy in the video, the vile engineer picks up arms from destroyed machines like mechs and robots and uses their weapons...
Doesn't that seem familiar?

So, I've been reading the Mega Man gag manga and I came across this panel. Exe, Kenta, and Prometheus are crossdressing. I noticed that it's worldwide fashion, but my fave has got to be Prometheus rocking the Cleopatra look.
She just absolutely reminds me of Mega Man. It’s Kit from Gameoverse.
Also, Erica Lindbeck voices her, the same guy did to Roll in Mega Man 11.

That the Mall Wizard was the one who received the Noise Card with the heart symbol.
By weapon I mean Special Weapon, Zero's Technique - literally anything used for attacks that isn't a one-time use item.

I made sure to properly scan/photograph and label every page. It was fun and a pain trying to track this book down people but totally worth it.
Anyways, enjoy this awesome Mega Man X3 anime-style cel artwork! :)
We know it's almost certain it was made in Japan, although I found it odd that they didn't credit the actors, when ZX Advent did include the proper credits. The general opinion is that the new dub with the anime's voices (plus some new ones like Ace and Acid) is better than the original, except for Hunter VG's voice.
The SF Legacy Collection dub was on the same level as the Battle Network Legacy Collection, they put so much care about continuity, especially considering that Jason Spisak is a big name in U.S. voice acting, he barely does dubbing in these days.
And even if that wasn't enought, two weeks ago it was released a Spanish fan translation of OG SF 3, with his own dub (Geo and Ace are voiced by the European Spanish voices of Gamma 1 and 2 from DBS Super Hero).
