Medabots Wiki!

Hello, I figured this would be a good place to promote the new Medabots Wiki on Wikia. XD We're planning to have it focus mainly on the video games, and have pages for every Medabot and character that exists. :D It should be pretty interesting, considering how much of the series was only released in Japan. (The fact that there's 12 games and 10 manga series is news to most people. XD) We've basically only just started though, so we still need lots of info on anime characters and Medabots, and even small edits are greatly appreciated. ^^ 

The wiki also has a small forum set up here, where you can suggest stuff and talk about the Medabots series in general. XD There doesn't seem to be that many places for the fandom to hang out and chat currently, so maybe this will help a bit. :D Hope to see you there~

Redrun is FEMALE

Female?! Female! Redrun a woman?!

*insert 'durr' moment here*

Like everyone else I had been believing Redrun all this time to be a male because the English dub says her gender is a he. Lo and behold last night watching a few Japanese episodes and game walkthroughs I can officially confirm Redrun's gender is in fact, a girl. I guess we have two female Kilobots now eh?

DVL Medarot TYPE: Woman
Known as the 'Red Devil' First appeared in the game Medarotta Rintaro! and later in Medarot Navi. In the animation she is Banshou's (ENG: Banjo) Death Medarot. All Brossomeiru's attacks are primarly sacrafice or destroy, holding 99% of her power. Her armour is low and her weak spot is in her neck. In the animation she carries left arm shield.







In seriousness, it makes me wonder why the dub changed her gender or if they made a translation mistake. I could see the mistake plainly due to her voice limited to growls and low pitched words in the OVA that sound male in nature. But when the characters specifically say 'she' then there is no reason. Nice botch up there Nelvana!
