ALTSo answering some questions about this - yes, you can always edit your sign-ups! When you fill out the google form, there's a toggle to send you a copy of your responses. This will also have a link letting you edit them!
If you've already signed up and didn't do that, then things get a bit trickier - because google only really lets you edit if you have a google/gmail account (to the best of my knowledge). If you don't have a google or gmail, you can always just resubmit and I'll delete the older submission.
