Fall Semester 2026 Move-In Date:
August 20th 9am - 3pm

Renewal Period for current residents is February 1-February 28. New resident applications will begin processing on March 1.

Move in Details:

Enter from W Sale Street onto Ieyoub Family Drive and follow the signs. (they will have to take a right on Willie Landry Mount and a left on Col Tony Polk but I'm not putting that in the email) Check-in will be on Col. Tony Polk Drive in front of the Housing Office (#37 on the map) See the map below for directions. This is just for check-in and picking up keys. You are not required to move in on that day.

Pro-tip: The line is shorter and moves more quickly after 12pm. Only one vehicle per resident is allowed in line and in the residence hall parking lots between 9am and 3pm on move-in day. Additional parking is available on the southeast corner of E McNeese and Common Streets.
