In his portrait of fruit, Squidward makes the artistic decision to render the stool green rather than its proper brown, as the green is complementary to the vermilion of the bowl and thusly makes for a greater contrast. Likewise, the grapes are seen spilling over the edge of the bowl, but he has them standing up to be parallel with the pear, AND so that it's better framed between the two bananas. We scoff at Squidward's artistic endeavors, but perhaps it is our short-sightedness that deserves scoffing the most.
I think this movie would be improved if instead of Flounder Ariel's best friend was the Bob

my only exception to my bald humanward preference is when someone drew him with a turquoise afro that resembled the shape of his octopus head. i was like wait that’s genius…
