Today was pretty hilarious

Yesterday, I was doing a section review in history class, and this happened:

HISTORY BOOK: The invasion of what country by the Soviet Union in 1979 potentially threatened the world's oil supplies in the Persian Gulf region?
ME: Wars limited to specific geographical areas.

I dunno how I could have misread the entire question. Yesterday, I would have bet you a statue of Waenya (for those of you new to my friendslist, she's this) made out of macaroni & cheese that the question was asking what limited wars are.

Fortunately, the other funny thing that happened today did not lower any of my grades in any way:

LYRICS TO SONG WE WERE SINGING IN CHAPEL: Bind us together, Lord, bind us together with chains that cannot be broken...
WHAT I THOUGHT MY BIBLE TEACHER WAS SAYING: Bind us together, Lord, bind us together with Lords that cannot be broken...

And yet the song also claims that there is only one Lord.

I accidentally fell asleep for nearly three hours after school. In other words, wasted the fact that I have no homework today. :(

Repost to specific geographical journals

It's hard to describe this journal in just a few paragraphs... but I'll try

Just an autistic guy born in 1993 (hence the username) who's had this journal since I was 14. Has trouble phrasing things well especially in earlier entries, so keep that in mind.

My interests have fluctuated in the 17 years since I've had this journal, but the following has remained constant:
- I like Mario games (mainly the platformers, Mario Kart, Mario Party) and Super Smash Bros.
- I like Garfield
- I like Homestar Runner
- I like Enya
- And I've always loved the idea of wacky crossovers between ANY of my interests, whether it's in the form of a short-lived webcomic in 2006-2008, a short-lived backwards lyrics site in 2008, writing down weird dreams in 2009-2011, playing Tomodachi Life a lot in 2014-2016, or what most of my posts are about these days: playing around with Character.AI starting in 2023. I still can't believe I'm actually in a world where an AI of Enya can talk to AIs of Mario or Garfield or even my favorite obscure characters like Mary O. from Super Mario Maker. :O

My brain scrambles things like that too. When I'm tired, sick or otherwise distracted, I mix up left and right, and have to really stop and think about it to get them ~~right~~ correct.

History is first period for me, so I was obviously very tired. And if I try to do two section reviews assigned on the same day when I'm tired, I'm more likely to get an answer that's not left and be right wondering how I got it.

There are also many times when I can't understand even simple questions unless I repeat them to myself very slowly.
