Welcome to marvel_kickass, LJ's first comm dedicated to the Millar/Romita comic and Matt Vaughn's upcoming movie.

Basically, anything related to Kick-Ass is okay to post here--discussion, art, fic, community promo, you name it, as long as it follows the guidelines listed below.

RULES FOR POSTING

01. CBRs/Scans and other downloads should be members-only.
02. Spoilers are hot for one week after the new material is released. Until the week is up, all spoilers should be placed under a cut.
03. Images larger than 400x400px should be placed underneath a cut.
04. Do not link to friendslocked entries. All content linked on the comm should be accessible to members. I'm looking at you, icon makers.
05. Don't be a dumbass. I'm not your mom; I won't generally be moderating comments. If you behave like a moron, don't cry when someone calls you out on it. There's a difference between good-natured snark and being a dick. Aim for the former.
06. That said--if you disregard rule 05 often enough that I am required to step in, don't expect me to be happy about it. There will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.
07. Tag your entries! Category tags are optional (character:, comic:, movie:); type tags are not (download, fanfic, fanart).
08. New rule: No intro posts. Feel free to throw out an introduction in the comments to another post, on our handy friending meme, or just as an addition to an otherwise-relevant post you make. We just want to avoid a lot of spam for the members tracking this community.
