"Also, Dieter Graumann, a member of the Central Council, declared that Soviet Jews will not be considered “refugees.” Because of Israel’s law of automatic citizenship for Jews, the Soviet Jews who cannot immigrate to Germany also have the option of immigration to Israel. Since the establishment of the State of Israel, there has always been a place for Jews fleeing the Diaspora. Therefore, no Jew can qualify as a refugee, and Germany is not required to take them in" http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.or…
I love being in Germany, love it love it love it. I wouldn't give it up for almost anything. With that said, I'm a little said that there are so many shows going on in Milwaukee that I've wanted to see Minus the Bear (although I've seen them already, so. . .) Of Montreal the Mountain Goats and now Flight of the Conchords.
Is it a good or a bad thing that I can get so engrossed in a movie or a television series that I cry? It shows that I'm sympathetic on one level On another, that I'm a gigantic sap.
