Grumpy Mark is Grumpy
I'm very frustrated with the whole notion that I need to be flexible to other's needs, but that my own, because someone deems them "irrelevant" are not.
Fuck you.
Take recycling. I'm relatively ambivalent about recycling, but someone at work is entirely passionate about it. I wandered into the brew room shortly after rinsing and placing a couple of empty milk bottles in the recycle bucket because, hey, it's the same effort so why not be nice?
Without knowing it was me, she started venting about people who won't follow instructions, which are CLEARLY printed on the wall, telling us to squish the cartons to save space.
Of course, I immediately told her it was me that did it, and she started backpedalling about then - at least tell me off properly if you're jack enough about it to whinge to me about someone else!
