GOOD balsamic -- expect to pay $25-35 for a small (6-8oz) bottle, but a little goes a long way
Small pearl couscous
Whatever other pasta you like, preferably whole grain or lentil
Jarred artechokes/artechoke hearts (you do not want to mess around with fresh)
Anchovies in olive oil
Canned Tuna in olive oil (drain into the trash, not down the drain)
