H-hello .__.
An anon asked me on formspring why I don't update LJ anymore, haha, so here I am...
Hi .__.
I kind of feel like I don't have anything to talk about, but in actuality I do...? I just feel like it'd just be a lot of whining, complaining, and moping LOL
But I guess I'll save that for when I get back from Houston this weekend :'D
We're going to Anime Matsuri in Houston! Yay!
There were a lot of troubles into going to this stupid convention .__. I'll complain later. But I'm so bent on going because I really want to see BACK-ON .__.
I think I'm too old to go to conventions anyway, but .__. I guess I'll still go if there's a band I'd like to see .__. And every time I go, I always come back grouchier than ever because someone or something managed to piss me off (haha) .__.
Speaking of that, I used to think that I would die from diabetes, but now I'm pretty sure I will die from a stroke due to high blood pressure because all. I. Do. Now. Is. Get. Pissed. Off. At. Everything. EVERYTHING. My patience reservoir has no more resources u__u Harrison told me that perhaps I should get new friends (haha), and I probably should, but that... is another story... for yet another day...
Anyway, I'm going to cosplay for the first time since sophomore year of high school (I feel extra old now) .__. I'm going as Hungary from Hetalia. Yay...?! Here's a picture that you've probably seen on Facebook or something:
Where's my Austria (or Prussia)? :(
Anyway, I'm really scared of being labeled as a fat cosplayer because I've gained a lot of weight since the last time I cosplayed, and I've gained even more weight since winter break =w= I know it's really silly and petty, but my self-esteem has been on thin ice lately LOL
But enough of that! I hope everyone's doing okay :) Sorry I haven't been around!

Seriously, this is how I look every time I step outside my room because my parents are super paranoid
Anyway, I have a meme!
Premise: I name five items I own but I think no one else on my friends list does. If you own the item in question, please comment. If you guys can prove my assumptions wrong on at least 3/5 of the questions, you all win, otherwise, I win.
1. Name a CD you own that you think no one else on your friends list does.
"SHAMROCK" by UVERworld. I say this because I'm the only person I know who's trying to collect their full discography, which is hurting my wallet, LOL. I should probably stop. I would think my friends would have their full albums as opposed to their singles?
2. Name a book you own that you think no one else on your friends list does.
Coin Locker Babies by Murakami Ryu. ILU if you have it, but I don't know many people who have read it.

I... have the piggy flu?!
It started Thursday night with heavy coughing, which is why I thought it was bronchitis. Then on Friday, my throat was in a lot of pain, so I thought it was strep. So I went to my doctor today, and turns out I had a fever of 102 degrees... Oops. Guess I should buy a thermometer :I
Then I took the flu test (which HURTS, BTW)
And sure enough, I have type A swine flu...? (According to wikipedia, type A is the one that causes pandemic amongst humans...?)
I have to sleep all day and wake up every four hours to take Tylenol to lower my fever. My parents are quarantining me to my room. I have to wear a surgical mask and latex gloves each time I step outside my room.
I tried calling my dad, and he has his phone turned off since church is way more important. I got a prescription for Tamiflu for my dad for preventive purposes, and my mom was planning to get his before mine, even though I'm the one who's sick. My doctor said all the piggy flu cases he as seen were only ages twenty-five and younger, so my parents don't really have anything to worry about.
Then my mom said that I probably caught it when I was at my birthday dinner, but that was a week ago... I'm so tired of my mom trying to pin the blame on me someway or another. I caught the flu, and that's that. Now I have to stay home a week.
EDIT: Suggest me a series to read? :O I'm going to have a lot of free time in the next week LOL. Currently reading Reborn :3 It's so good; I have no idea why I haven't read this sooner.

Okay so a few nights ago, I took my last Ambien and decided to take some pre- and post-makeup pictures of myself. Except that when you take Ambien, you are definitely prone to holes in your memory or blackouts. And I definitely have holes in my memory. I'm kind of surprised I didn't black out because I was prescribed 5m and took 10mg =w= (10mg is more common though, so REALLY it's okay...) And then I came to like two hours later. So now I have pictures of myself on my camera that I have absolutely no recollection ever taking. Not bad for... being drugged? Since

So in conclusion... I guess if I'm ever high or drunk, I'm just going to camwhore and blog?! HOW SAD OTL ;;;;; Well, I guess that's better than... getting stars tattooed on your face or something. I don't know.
I do miss Ambien though =w= Gave me good dreams.
So I finally watched La Maison en Petits Cubes, and GOODNESS I CRIED LIKE A LITTLE BITCH .__. Like not even halfway through the movie, I started crying T__T I came out of my room sniffling, and my mother was like, "What's wrong with you now" LOL But I think I cry at anything that has someone elderly reminiscing or people missing someone who has died. I cried during Up, cried a waterfall watching P.S. I Love You, and completely broke down with this manga. Leonard showed me that manga back in the day, but I think that was around the time that we thought my grandmother was dying, so it definitely hit a nerve ;;;;;
And I haven't been out of the house in like three days =w= Usually I would care, but it's so hot outside, my apathy has risen very high. The only things I've been doing lately are playing Devil Survivor (WHICH IS KIND OF DIFFICULT WTF), ordered a shitload (like twenty sets) of stationary, a new dress, and Gazette's new CD :| I shouldn't be doing this when I don't have a job LOL ;;;;;

Day consisted of a delicious meal at H-Mart (the Chinese stand is really good! IMO at least), purikura, yogurt, then went to the mall~ The lady at Sephora approached me, complimented my hair, and asked to do my makeup to match my hair to give me a porcelain doll look TEE HEE HEE ;w; I mean I know she was just trying to make a sale and all, but it totally convinced me =w= Rather, I would have bought something from her if I didn't have five dollars left. I would have gotten new powder and blush if I hadn't bought a new DS.
Oh yes, I bought a new DS. Just a DS lite because the DSi does not come in pink, I've heard the DSi is not really worth it, and I had a coupon on ebay, so a new DS was only $99 LOL ;;;;; NOW TO MUSTER UP THIRTY BUCKS TO GET DEVIL SURVIVOR?
