Feeding Cassie to make Cassie let you into her Safehouse
After awakening in the abandoned old laboratory, Lust Doll would proceed to explore the the abandoned town on the surface, ultimately running into a lone catgirl. The catgirl would be cautious at first, but once convinced that Lust Doll means no harm, she would calm down and introduce herself as Cassie. She would also tell a direction towards the nearby inhabited city, New Ark.
Cassie is visibly hungry, so Lust Doll finds some fish for her: they knows that there's a marketplace in New Ark Slums, as well as a lake full of fishes. Cassie, as a sign of her gratitude, lets them inside her Safehouse, on condition that they would keep its location secret.
When trying to enter New Ark City from the slums, Lust Doll runs into a thug extorting money from everyone passing. Not willing to pay, they easily gets rid of the guy... only to get caught by his friends on the way back, and brought to their boss.
The Don wants not just "his" money back, but also some interest, demanding 200C instead of usual 5C. Lust Doll, either lacking money or not wishing to pay him, offers to do grunt job. Don sends them to bring him "his property", a runaway slave named... Cassie.
Lust Doll tries to warn Cassie about the Don, but when they go to sleep, Don's men (who covertly followed them) just abducts catgirl. Immediately realising what has happened, Lust Doll goes to the Don, who offers them their thirty pieces of silver for a job well done.
Fortunately, Lust Doll knows where to find some help: their friend, Fawn, is a dominatrix, and Don's people are amongst her clients, so she may know something. She indeed suggests the plan, and Lust Doll goes to the local police officer, Arlene. Unfortunately, Arlene is glad to help (or, rather, has her own reason to get Don's ass), but can't: the police has agreement with the Don that while he keeps the slums under control, so their inhabitants wouldn't cause troubles, his antics would be ignored.
But not all hope is lost: if that agreement can be sabotaged, so would be Don's protection. Lust Doll gives the local hobos some money (despite one of them trying to scam Lust Doll to steal the money) so they would go past Don's toll guy and cause mayhem in New Ark. And indeed, police gets angry at the Don, and allows Arlene to arrest him.
Lust Doll manages to make it inside Don's hideout and free Cassie, while Arlene steps in and apprehends the Don, whom she then interrogates... via some secret BDSM techniques, which the Don actually likes, as he decides to become her regular "client" in The Torture Rack.
The Don mentioned that he "bought" Cassie. When asked about it, Cassie says that she was a slave; the Don bought her form the slave traders from Desert Town.
Lust Doll decides to ask the Don about it, but since his guards don't let anyone inside, they asks his dominatrix, Arlene, who just forces him to spill info on their next session. The Don also gives the map.
After finding their way to the Desert Town (also known as "Sunshine"), Lust Doll, after spending some time searching, managed to find the Slavers Hideout (in one way, or another...), only to meet Cassie there, who realised where they're going, and followed to stop them from doing anything reckless; turns out that Cassie and the leader of slavers, Mikhael, know each other from before Mikhael (a former slave himself) became a slaver; apparently, Mikhael once used to fight the slavery, but gave up, realising that it's of no use to rip the weeds without destroying the roots: the rich who demand more slaves, chief amongst them Sauel, the ruler of Sunshine, whom he just can't reach, so have to "minimise the damage" instead. While sceptical that this mission has any chance at success, he nonetheless provides the two with info about key target they may strike to weaken Sauel's rule, the private gold mine, as well as gave Lust Doll medallion which would mark signal the slavers to not attack them. Cassie stays with Mikhael to prepare the plan of action.
Once the plan gets prepared, Mikhael smuggles Lust Doll and Cassie into the Gold Mine; their task is to sabotage the mine's security, to eliminate Sauel's men's numerical advantage, as there would be only one chance, and Mikhael has few people who're ready to go on that mission (both morally and physically). The two covertly neutralises the guards (including the dreadful Iron Maiden machine), and arm the slaves (those who're still willing to fight for their freedom), letting Mikhael's crew to effortlessly capture the mine.
Mikhael lets those who're willing to go... and takes the rest to his base, to be resold to someone better than Sauel, saying that these ones have nowhere else to go, and only alternative they have is to die in the desert. Cassie reluctantly agrees with his reasoning. You two return home.
Cassie's fight is pretty straightforward, as she only uses one physical attack, with no special moves or ensnaring attacks. However, she's also tougher than other enemies you could've encountered until then, so the low-player may require more than one attempt to defeat her. On the first playthrough, there's nothing you can do other than just train a bit more by fighting weaker enemies, while on new game plus she's unlikely to pose a challenge at all.
After dealing with the Don, Cassie is no longer afraid of visitors, so it's possible to renovate the basement, turning it into a Private Dungeon; that requires visiting Hardware R Us store and paying 10,000C, then wait some time.
It's possible to capture a Bandit Girl and bring her home; that would introduce new character, Alissa and initiate her own questchain.
Cassie wouldn't go intimate with the player before they go on a date with her. While it's not necessary to go on a date with Cassie to progress on her story route, it's mandatory to progress on Alissa's, as the very first quest involves going intimate with Cassie as trigger condition for key events.
Lust Doll would offer Cassie to change her sloppy appearance, and, over her weak objections that "anything nice would look weird on her anyway", bring her to New Ark. The date would consist of following steps:
Visit to the Bathhouse (with slight change to Sammy's lines if she's familiar with the player).
Visit to the Underground Mall, to buy new outfit and change hairstyle.
Cassie can be invited to visit Milk Farm. In order to do so, you must renovate the farm first, bring at least four other cows besides Bell to live there, and make sure that Bell is at the farm when you're trying to invite Cassie (being sleepwalker, she sometimes may try to wander off). After returning from the farm, Cassie will install her own milk stash in the basement, which can be interacted with, but can't be used (it's called "private" for a reason), as well as add the milk farm to the list of places she can randomly visit when she goes outside.
Cassie can be invited to masturbate together or take shower together.
Cassie can be asked to change clothes repeatedly; the more time she's asked, the more irritated she becomes, until she says "force me"; forcing her initiates the special scene. The scene can be done once per day.
If The dream quests is done, a handholding scene becomes available.
If the renovation was done, Cassie can be invited to Private Dungeon; see the page for the list of scenes.
If the Island was discovered and at least two more routes were done, besides Cassie's, she's amongst the possible participants of the lewd battles; see the page for details.
Cassie may randomly wander to the Forest Park, either to gather apples (near the apple tree) or to gather fish (near the lake); if she's not encountered there (she gives her loot when approached), she would give it on the next visit to Safehouse.
If she gathers apples, she randomly gives either one Golden Apple or random amount of Apples (4-6).
If she gathers fish, she randomly gives either Small Fishes (4-6) or Fishes (3-4).
If Gin and Cassie both ends up on the lakeshore (available after doing enough progress on Gin's route), a special scene can be triggered. It comes in two variants, one for Gin in his regular outfit, and one for Gin in the maid outfit (which he receives as part of his training routine); both are necessary for Gin's story progression.
If Cassie was previously invited to visit Milk Farm, she can occasionally visit it (regardless of whether Bell is there or not). If approached there, she comments on the farm's current state. She can also help with finding Bell if she wanders off, skipping the search mini-quest.
If Cassie was given a Carboard Box, unless an event with higher priority triggers first (in order of priority: Alissa's attack; Cassie's first pregnancy; Cassie returning from foraging run; basement renovation finished), you'll find her playing inside a box (regardless of what outfit you've set for Cassie, she will use her default one for duration of this event). You can choose to enter the room, or watch what's going to happen.
If you enter, Cassie notices your presence, and the event ends early.
If you continue watching, Cassie falls asleep, giving you the choice to let her nap, wake her up, or, if you have Dream Manipulation unlocked, enter her dream.
If you wake Cassie up, or let her nap, she notices you (either immediately, or after waking up on her own), ending the event early.
If you dive into her dream, you'll see the closed box, with soft purring going from the inside. You're given a selection of several silly options, which don't actually do anything, but can be picked repeatedly. Once you actually open the box, you'll see chibi Cassie, who'll ask you whether you want to get in the box. If refuse, the dream ends, and Cassie wakes up, otherwise, you spend some time inside, until Cassie finally wakes up.
Regardless of how the event goes, Cassie will feel embarrassed by being caught like this.
As with other characters, Cassie can't be impregnated without gifting her Fertility Pill, which is only possible after going on a date with her (as she wouldn't accept gifts until the date gets done). Her pregnancy takes some time to develop. When Cassie becomes visibly pregnant, some of her interactions changes.
After becoming visibly pregnant for the first time, Cassie reverts to her old rags, out of embarrassment. It's not possible to make her change into alternative outfits (albeit she allows to change hairstyle): she's afraid to stretch them. She would also refuse to visit Private Dungeon. But, after inviting her to sleep together, it's possible to invite her on another date to buy new clothes for her, changing which clothes she uses while pregnant, and unlocking new variants for some scenes.
While Cassie is pregnant, Alissa (if presented) can make special remarks when approached.
By default, Cassie wears her old rags, and has messy haircut.
Cassie has few unlockable outfits:
Going on a date with her unlocks new dress and clean haircut.
Gifting her bikini unlocks it as outfit option.
While pregnant, Cassie reverts to her old rags; if asked about it when going to sleep, she can be invited on a special date, unlocking different clothes she would be comfortable with; it replaces her old rags when she's pregnant, albeit haircut can still be toggled at will.
"Don't go telling anyone about this place, alright?"

"It's not that I don't like Alissa. It's just, she can be kinda... well, nosy?
"I'll try to get Alissa to learn to be more tactful. She's really a handful sometimes. ..Well really, all the time."

"This is a little scary...," she says, breathing deeply. "But, it's okay, I trust you."
Cassie is still trapped here.

You let Cassie free. She gets up and gets dressed.

Cassie leaves.
You let Cassie out.

You get into position, putting your hands and neck inside the stocks. Cassie carefully closes them over you, locking you into place.
"Okay, I'll let you up now."

You two decide to call it a night and clean up.
"Guess I'll head back upstairs then. See you later, Lust."
Cassie heads up.

Once the player contacts Mikhael, Cassie would move to his hideout, in preparation for the mission to liberate the slaves. She would stay there until you finish Slaves liberation quest; if Alissa's and/or Gin's routes aren't finished yet, they become temporarily soft-locked until Cassie's route is finished. It's also impossible to renovate the basement if you didn't do that before.
It's not possible to prevent Cassie from going to the hideout by locking her in the dungeon; she would just disappear. No explanation is given for how she managed to free herself, nor she acknowledge it in any way.
In pre-r57 versions, going on a date with Cassie costs 300 C. The price was removed in r57 update, which isn't reflected in changelog.
Amongst characters introduced in Lust Doll Classic, Cassie's route was changed the most in Lust Doll Plus. The Don has had drastically different motives behind pursuing Cassie, and was originally an ally of the player. And rather than Cassie going to the Desert to search for missing Lust Doll, it was Lust Doll going to the Desert to find missing Cassie (only to realise that they need the Life Water to save her).
