Talking about The current Cecirook situation
Introducction:
Hello, I think that most people already know that there’s people in the SIG fandom that Cecirook can have a racist reading, and that is valid.
But I think the actual problem relies on the problematic “fanart”, and here on Tumblr this situation hasn’t been fully discused or it has been oversimplified or just misinformation “They think that Cecilia’s racist!” NO, that’s far from reality!

Some thoughts:
I used the sketch as a base for the drawing, I didn’t expect Cecilia to be that hard to draw, the only easy thing is her outfit, the pose was a torture I couldn’t get it right it always looked weird, but I’m pretty happy to see the result.
Rook was very easy to draw, the only problem I got was its hands, but still easier than Cecilia.
