Fresh Inspiration: The Matthew Morrison Fan Community

Sorry it's been a long time, but with work, family and whatnot it does get hard. So here's the latest news from the world of Matt:

* The back 9 is well under way! Did you enjoy the Madonna episode as much as I did? Don't forget to pick up the CD and download the songs

* The solo album deal was made official on January 14, making Matt the first member of the Glee cast to sign a record contract. The album will be released by Mercury Records in the fall

* He joined his Glee castmates at the recent Easter Egg Roll at the White House and did a beautiful duet of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" with Mark Salling (Puck) for the President and a huge crowd of spectators. Check out the video here

* Continuing with the subject of the President, check out his show-stopping performance at the Kennedy Center Honors back in December '09. Video is here, he comes on after Richard Kind's rendition of "The Inquisition"

* The LA Times did a great article about Matt that you should read - the picture inside is absolutely drool-worthy. Read it here

As well, the 10/21 episode of Glee is proving to be a good one with all the things that's going to be happening. Matt rapping and break-dancing, Jayma Mays (Emma) showing off her vocal chops...and even a moment for Matt and Jane (Sue)!
