Bad mood cancelled I just had an awesome customer whose special interest was cash registers.
After I took his card he went wait, sorry, do you take credit? And I said oh yeah definitely and moved the tablet we run Square through (it's separate from our main pos system) so he could see it and he went okay good because I know that this register model doesn't take cards. And I said yeah not so much, this thing's older than I am. And he said oh it definitely is :) and then spent three minutes telling me fun facts about unique programming features of this model, that he used to own one, that he still has his manual, and then getting excited when I told him that we still have our original manual too. Also his custom visa card had Pinkie Pie & Fluttershy on it.
