Oh, God. Is this the part where Nano starts to make me want to cry? Because I want to cry. BLARG.

I'm still behind 3,000 words. But the biggest kick in the ass is not having fucking Word on my home computer. Being able to check my word count only at work is starting to get really annoying.

My first Nano '05 update...

OHgodOHgodOHgod, why am I doing this??

My head hurts from all of the Firefly goodness shooting around in my brain. I keep finding myself writing Simon/Mal, Simon/River and River/Jayne subtext. And I blame the Harry Potter fandom FULLY for this.

I still need to do tonight's writing, but as of this moment, here's the WC:
