I am old. Probably older than 80% of fandom here. So old in fact, that I participated in the fan clubs and fan magazines, though I only knew about the fanfiction presses and mailing groups. Mailing Groups through the post office mind you, so it was expensive.

If you have even the foggiest idea what I'm talking about, congratulations, you might be old too. XD

My favorite author is Suzanne Brockmann. Most if not all of her Troubleshooter series has at least one secondary LGBT character, and at least two in the series have a gay male lead. She's been on the bestseller list many times, and she's a PFLAG supporter. Bonus is that I adore her writing style.

My favorite music group is Pink Floyd. Though I suppose my default icon probably gave that away.

My current fandom is Marvel Comics and the MCU.

While I did at one time write fanfiction, I haven't for over 10 years.

While I have zero artistic ability, fan art is a huge love of mine. I adore seeing favorite characters lovingly rendered with care and devotion. It is a truly underappreciated form of art.
