Lost Dressing is a free-for-all role play community. You can join as whoever you like, whenever you like, as long as they're related to LOST.

The setting is flexible. You can have it on the Island, in New York City, in another game setting--anywhere you'd like.

If you're looking for certain RP (serious, crack, RP with a specific player/journal) please say so in your entry post. Those comments that do not honor the request made in the entry post will be deleted, and repeat offenders will be banned.

THE RULES
As this is a dressing room RP there aren't that many, but here are the ones that we have:

1. Only RP journals for Lost or Lost related characters are allowed. "Lost related characters", meaning: characters who are on the show LOST or in its spinoffs (books, video games, etc) and original characters based in the universe of Lost. AU and multiple versions of Lost canon characters are allowed. If you are playing a character who does not adhere strictly to canon (i.e. they are a crack/humorous version of the character, are from an alternate universe or game canon), please note so either in the character's userinfo or in your entry post. Notification of alternate canon/interpretation isn't a STRICT rule; it's just a suggestion to make gameplay easier for all involved.

2. Please be respectful of your fellow players. If you deliberately make this place uncomfortable for other players by mockery and rudeness (not to mention flaunting a whole host of prejudices that can make a post go from 0 to unfunny in 60 seconds), you and all your characters will be banned.

3. Adult content must be marked accordingly. If there is adult content within the text of your entry post, please put it behind a LJ cut with a warning about the contents within. If there is adult content in the threads responding to your entry post, please put a warning at the bottom of your post stating there is adult content. If not, your post will be deleted.

As members of this community, feel to set up a chat so you can talk to other members. That being said, any chat you establish will not be officially affiliated with this community. What is said and done in these chats will not reflect the official policy or opinion of the game. If you have a question, ask the moderator.
