February 2, 2008 is your chance to "show us what you got" at a special audition SHOW! Glitzkrieg is an established Seattle burlesque troupe that is made of unique personalities oozing with creativity that come together for special event shows hosted by the infamous Loretta Sin!

I'm Engaged!

My boyfriend Matt asked me to marry him on Saturday. I picked out my own ring, because he “doesn’t know anything about jewelry” and I got a ring that works for me.  It’s a small simple solitaire and doesn’t look ridiculous on me. 

Matt and I had originally decided to have a quirky Vegas Wedding, but in just days I have found out many of our family members are coming and this is now a more formal event... but still Las Vegas.  We aren’t going to tie the noose until October 11, 2008, but I am already making plans.  For those of you who really know me know how OCD I can be.  Anyway, I just thought I should let the word out.

(no subject)

So, my face is still swollen, it hurts to talk, and worst of all I can't drink alcoholic beverages. This was the worst 3 days off ever. Anyway, I did get to update this site (Whoop-dee-doo), and write some emails I had forgotten about. Other than that, I have made friends with a bag of frozen peas, and haven't watched this much TV since I was a kid.

Today, on my soft food diet, I had mashed potatoes and Spam, that's right I said Spam. I got is as a joke gift for my Birthday, but it was the softest "meat" I can eat right now. So, gross, and it was Hickory Smoked. This was a bad idea that is making me sick. I am going to bed to stop the dry heaving.

I hate going to the Dentist!

I had gum grafting done today, and when I left the office I thought,"this isn't so bad". But, I woke up from a nap from the pain after the Novocaine wore off. HOLY CRAP! This sucks. My face is swollen, I am not supposed to talk for days, and I have a plastic guard in my mouth to keep me from fussing with the missing skin patch. Oh well, I guess this will teach me to brush too hard anymore.
