I've been into Lolita for quite some time now but I've never gone to a meet or joined a community but it seems this one isn't active anymore. :(

Hello girls ~~ hope you don't mind me posting here as i had checked out the london and old teapartyclub communities but it seemed as though the comms were not so live as they used to be...

I'm a lolita from Singapore who will be visiting London again soon ^.^~~ i was hoping to meet some lolis for a little afternoon visit to a museum (eg Wallace Collection?) or tea as a nice walk down memory lane. I had actually lived in London for three years for university and organized the lolita meet at the Tate Modern some years ago in 2007 (the amazing frilly meet and it was so unforgettable!!) Hope to see some of the lolis again, whether you are in London or from outside London but would like to travel in :) i can't wait to hear your stories!!

I was thinking afternoon of the 15th August? Or would you girls have more suggestions?? Please let me know... ~ or if im simply posting in the wrong grp and there is another one somewhere which is more live please let me know! I simply don't check this as much anymore.

Hello friends! I am hoping desperately that someone can point me in the direction of the London community's facebook group or new LJ comm. Thank you!!

For my Final year project at uni I am going to design and make Gothic Lolita dresses, with some corsetry included, and I am going to use 
colours and techniques from Renaissance clothes. Think the Borgia's or Assassins creed. Layered fabric with slits in, etc.
First would anyone be interested in seeing the outcome.
How old are you?
And what is the most you are willing to pay on your Lolita clothes?
I'd be happy to post the outcomes in June next year if anyone is interested. I just really need to prove to my teachers there is a market out there as they have no clue about how far back lolita goes and I think something like renaissance might be quite nice. 

I'm a Hungarian loli and I'd like to spend a few months (or more) in London, but I'd need some work, like babysitting. Do you know about opportunities? Maybe you know families that need a governess, and I trust fellow lolis more than random companies that offer "help" but might be fake.
I speak English very good, I even write my stories in English, so what I'd need is to live with native speakers to get rid of my accent. I am a teacher by diploma.

I've never had the time to do anything much with it (sorry!)  The intention was always there :/

But can't bring myself to sell all the clothes and accessories I brought lol.

I spotted a gorgeous Lolita today in London, Tottenham Hale Station to be precise, infront of me near esculators.

In what looked like a burgundy BTSSB dress or maybe it was Angelic Pretty...

With cute black bow shoes, brown long hair.

If it was you, just to let you know, you looked gorgeous! And your outfit rocked.
