Flisting: After finally updating this meagre little testbox, I have a change in the whole 'friending' policy. If I don't know you, (or we've never communicated indepth before), please introduce yourself and perhaps tell me the interest leading to your friending. (Similar opinion, fic related, site related, etc.) Because if you just kind of pop up and hover, I can't say I will return the gesture, because I honestly don't know who you may be. (Paranoid? Nah, not really.) Now if I do know you, or I'll recognise you after reading your profile, then sure, I'll gladly friend back.
I may add something of interest here later, but don't quote me on it.
