I love the new theme I found, but whenever I cut something/post comments, I end up on a "default" LJ-theme (white/blue). Do I just have to live with this, or is it fixable?
My last theme was consequent no matter what I did, so I know that having the theme everywhere should be possible, I just dont know how!
I hope someone has a couple of minutes to explain whats going on. :)

Situation following: Style Contest me has been chosen in consequence(investigation) of long experiments for the reason that it is a unique parental layer in which addresses to css to files of registrations are registered completely. And a unique layer in which entering of minor alterations of changes by me has given(allowed) that result which I wanted. Hello. I have my lj account for some time but only looked well into CSS today. There are some things I don't understand; 1. How can I make a header for a style that doesn't have one? 2. How can I change the background image of the posts windows (the background of each post on my journal, not the main background under "border" as I have that swt) and 3.Change the font colors if the option isn't under "colors". I'm using the Bloggish style btw. The only thing that really worked for me was the background image under body{...}, but I tried many things like #header{} that didn't work (I also don't want to restyle completely just add a header or just an image at top of the page) and also the problem with the background for the content text window. Does anybody know how I can solve these things? Thanks.
I created my own S1 livejournal style and when I did, I realized that on my Recent Entries (lastn) page, my post selected avatar doesn't show up. The column I added for it next to %%event%% and %%currrents%% is there because if I type hello in, it shows up where I want it. I thought, based on the variable uses of %%event%% and such that if I wanted my avatar to show up next to my post, I would do this:

But calling %userpic% shows nothing but an empty cell. I'm very advanced at html and css, and pretty good in php, but not LJ's unique language. Am I missing something on how to call that avatar? When viewing the detailed help on adding the images in to the friend page, it calls the %%friendpic%% (or something like that) which makes me think the %%userpic%% area is right.
Also, ow do I also include the tags at the bottom of each entry?
Does anyone know how to get HTML codes and text into a custom sidebar in a journal style like the one I have now?
This journal style allows for the user to pick and choose what content they want in their sidebar, also allowing them to have a custom sidebar. But the custom sidebar won't allow any HTML, for some stupid reason. I wanted to have a custom sidebar with a changing image displayed, but upon entering the IMG coding to do so and looking in my journal, I saw the full HTML code there instead of my image.
I figure LJ just has it disabled for some weird reason that I cannot comprehend, but maybe someone out there knows of a way to work around it with clever coding. If anyone can help, let me know. I'm all ears.
I need help figuring out how to get something to work with my friends page.
I'm using S2 custom styles for my pages. What I'm wanting to be able to do is get my friends page to display LJ user tags that my friends have assigned to their entries (an example: the Entry tags: lj styles line on this page).
I've had it work with past S1 styles, but I'm not sure exactly how they did it. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it :)
Another question I also have is if it's possible to make my comment pages match the style of my custom S2 pages. I'm trying to get my comment pages to have the same background and side-bar as the rest of my LJ pages, but I can't seem to find the option anywhere. Can I only do this with S1 pages?
