Back in March the Cherokee Nation Tribal court ruled that the descendants of black slaves could be allowed full membership of the Cherokee tribe despite not actually being themselves Cherokee descendants. Now the real members of the Cherokee tribes, the ones who are of blood relation, are upset and have gathered petitions calling for a vote of the Cherokee Nation that would overturn the Cherokee court’s decision.

 

I have two thoughts on this. First of all, this is an ingenious ploy on the part of the black slavery descendants known as “freedmen”. Whoever came up with this idea needs an award for playing the hand-out game to the fullest. While every other attempt by black groups seeking restitution has failed, these guys have figured out a way to receive financial support by bilking it from the Cherokee tribes.

 

My other thought is that these freedmen are now considered to be Cherokee Indians. That’s a legal precedent. That means that if a black person who is the descendant of slaves owned by Indians is considered a part of that tribe; then blacks who are descended from slaves that were owned by causations can now be considered causations, and are now entitled to absolutely nothing. Except for a life of working for everything they own and being overlooked for a job in lieu of other minorities. At least the freedmen had the right idea proclaiming to be members of a group that is already receiving restitutions. However it appears that they may have screwed all other blacks in the process. Especially if anyone looks at this ruling as I just did.

What happened to my America? I’m pissed off. I saw this story last night on the news; the incident happened during the first part of November when an elderly man was brutally attacked at a gas station here in Tulsa. The man pulled into the service station like he had so many times before, but this time there was a group of twelve young men blocking the fuel pumps. After waiting for them to saunter out of the way, the elderly motorist honked at them to clear a path. The man pulled up to the pump and exited his vehicle and began filling his car, the last thing he remembers was being hit in the back of the head. When he came to he was in the hospital with multiple bruises, lacerations, a broken arm, a broken jaw and numerous internal injuries.

Okay, stuff like this happens all the time. So what?

 

What’s got me so worked up is the way the media is reporting this story. The elderly gentleman is a white Korean War veteran; the group of assailants are young black gang members. The man wasn’t robbed, his car wasn’t stolen, none of his property was disturbed, the gang simply assaulted the man. What the media isn’t saying is that this was a HATE CRIME! The media also isn’t saying that the assailants were black, the only thing they’ve officially said is that they are looking for the group leader who is described as (and I quote) “A fair to medium skinned man with his hair fashioned into braids.” After hearing what part of town this happened in I didn’t need to hear a vague physical description to know what race was involved in the attack. This is a part of town where if there are twelve males walking around, you can bet the bank they’re going to be black.

 

You know good and well that if the roles were reversed and the Korean War veteran was black, and the group of young men was white, this would have been national news. They’d be all over the city shoving a camera in the face of every black person who they can coax into calling it a “HATE CRIME”. That race pimp media whore Jesse Jackson himself would already be here jumping up and down in front of the press calling this a "HATE CRIME" and saying, “This is the darkest day in Tulsa since the Tulsa race riots”.

 

I’m just blown away by this double standard.

I heard on the radio that White Females such as myselves are the greatest benefactor of Affirmative Action....I lost it. Mainly because I dont want to ever be hired to fill some quota, it would make me feel inept and like a loser.

But then I wondered.....is this because there are MORE White Females numberwise in the population applying for jobs that take affirmative action into account? Lets face it, there are more White Females than any other minority group. Or was this statement made based off of a percentage where such factors have been taken into account?

Political correctness continues at the University of North Carolina.  In his latest column, Professor Mike Adams calls out UNC for sponsoring a racially segregated student gathering.

I enjoy the line that "Bush was out to kill the blacks"

Because in the day and a half that Katrina built to catagory 5, and then the levees (sp?) broke, The President made his top priority the death of poor blacks. Of course. Watch out Hitler, Bush is on a role.

Seriously people! Where do you drum this up? When in doubt blame the "prez"? That is some sound logic.

What happened to my America? I took a three-day weekend away from the whole New Orleans/Hurricane Katrina thing, so I didn’t find out till today about Kanye West's little impromptu spiel Friday night. Truth be told I didn’t even know who the fuck Kanye West was until today. NBC needs to see to it that this jackass never sets foot in their studio. MTV did it to Andrew Dice Clay, the American Music Awards did it to Guns N’ Roses. Even though there was no vulgarities involved in West’s statement, the insubordination is still the same.

 

 

Now some fuck-stick called “JZ” (or some shit like that) has come out in support of West, along with Sean Combs, Sean “Puffy” Combs, Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs, Puff Daddy, I don’t know who you are but I’m not your daddy, P Diddy, Diddy, (or whatever this water-headed retard is calling himself this week). And since no one has gotten flogged over this there are even more of these fuckwads coming out of the woodwork.

 

 

And people wonder why I am so adamantly opposed to the whole rap/hip-hop culture. It’s this whole “I’m black and I’m mad” mentality that these people have. Their attitude carries over into nearly everything that they do. Why in the fuck are we embracing this bullshit excuse for a culture? Okay, I’ll answer my own question. Because they’re black, and to criticize anything they do would be raciest. And man alive do they enjoy playing the race card, just as West did last Friday.

What happened to my America? I occationally hear some rumblings from people complaining that the press has a racist agenda as it pertains to the way they report the news. They say that when something happens to a wealthy young blond woman like in the case of Natalee Holloway the media is all over it.  When something happens to a poor black woman, we never hear about it. A big part of me wants to jump on this bandwagon because the black woman is just as important as Natalee. However an even bigger part of me wants to side with the media, and here’s why.

 

• Most blacks that I talk to do not keep up with the news. I’ll be talking to one of my black customers and I may ask him, “Did you hear about blah-blah-blah?”

“Nah, I don’t keep up with the news.”

“Oh, why not?”

“I just don’t see where it has any affect on me.”

“Well, who did you vote for last year?”

(Those who actually did vote) “That Kerry guy.”

“Why did you vote for him?”

“I just liked what he had to say.”

“Like what for example? I thought you didn’t keep up with the news?”

“Um, I’ve got to go.”

 

• If the news actually reported every black on black violent crime, that’s all the news would be in some cities. Jermaine Jackson was shot in central park this morning, a few minutes later on the other side of town Anton Washington was gunned down, at the same time on the East side of town an unidentified black prostitute was stabbed. This just in, a drive by shooting just occurred on the North side… In Texas it would all be about Mexicans.

 

• Those of us who do keep up with the news don’t give a damn. I know that sounds bad, but I personally don’t give two pieces of monkey shit if these guys are out there killing each other. Fact is I hope every pimp, drug pusher, gangbanger, and low life hood blows each other away. Throw in some rapists, child molesters, robbers, thieves, drug users, and drunk bums too. I don’t give a fuck if they all kill each other any more than I care about the stupid rednecks who wind up shooting themselves during their latest drunken hunting expedition. The way I see it, a dead idiot is a dead idiot no matter what color they are. Just because I want it to happen, doesn’t mean I need to hear about it every time it happens. When the crime rate drops, I’ll know it’s because there are a whole lot less scumbags breathing. Does that make me a bad person?

 

• If the media reported wide scale black on black crimes, they would be accused of being raciest for reporting the actual percentage of black on black violence that far outweighs the percentage of white on white violence. It’s easier to just pass up the story than to have to defend against constant accusations of racism.

 

The truth can be an ugly thing, and sometimes people can’t (or refuse to) deal with it. So in this case it is easier to deal with a few people who complain about the lack of coverage than to face the thousands who would bitch about the focus on reality. Far be it for me to side with the media at large, but I have to agree with their agenda here.

What happened to my America? Members of the black community in Miami are outraged at a news release advertising a "Ghetto Style Talent Show" that featured a water melon eating contest.  Will they be similarly outraged if their kids don't speaking proper English, get good grades and stay out of trouble?  Probably not. Here is a perfect example of that double standard being applied again. We all know that blacks call each other “nigger” all day long; it’s a term of endearment to them. A white guy even say’s the word and all hell breaks loose. Back before the 4^th of July there was a little fireworks stand in the low-income part of town that coincidently happens to be predominantly black. The fireworks stand’s spray painted sign on the back was, “Home of the ghetto pack”.  I was so overly curious as to what exactly the “ghetto pack” was. In my mind I saw a Wal-Mart sack containing a fifty count pack of fire crackers, a box of Snap-Pops, a box of Snakes, a box of Sparklers, a package of Smoke Balls, a Roman Candle, and a package of Jumping Jacks (once known as “Nigger Chasers”). Seriously though, whatever it was, if a fireworks stand in a predominantly white neighborhood offered a family pack known as “the ghetto pack”, Jesse Jackson himself would show up with a can of gasoline and a pack of matches to burn the stand to the ground.

 

 

They had a little reenactment in Monroe, Ga. recently.  They reenacted a lynching.  Fifty-nine years ago a mob of whites lynched two black women and two black men. During the reenactment the black men who portrayed the whites to committed this crime wore white masks.  No problem with that.  But ... imagine a reenactment of a crime committed by a black person, where a white person puts on a black mask.  Yeah ... just imagine.  We wouldn't hear the end of it for months.

Election board set to consider anti-affirmative action petitions

A group called the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative is targeting the November 2006 election for its proposal, which would prohibit the use of race and gender preferences in university admissions and government hiring.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Let everybody get admitted or hired based on their ability to perform instead of any other reason.

But here come the lib-bots to try and derail the whole thing!

But an opposition group -- the Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration & Immigrant Rights and Fight for Equality by Any Means Necessary (BAMN) -- plans to argue the staff report suggests a full investigation into signature-gathering techniques is warranted.

BAMN says more study is needed to determine what percentage of signatures were gathered through misrepresentation of the proposal's intent.

The staff report reached no conclusion on the legal authority of canvassers to consider misrepresentation as a basis for invalidating signatures. The state attorney general's office is expected to issue an opinion related to that topic, but a copy of the opinion was not available Friday evening.

Hopefully, the ballot initiative will go through. But then again, this is Michigan we're talking about.

What happened to my America? I recall about ten years ago someone wanted to make ebonics a recognized language. That little piece of garbage legislation was shot down, but hard.  However a Southern California school board recognized ebonics as an actual language in 1996. Now that same school district is gearing up to include ebonics into its curriculum this fall.

 

Mary Texeira, a sociology professor at Cal State San Bernardino, believes the program will be beneficial to students.

I wouldn’t expect anything less from our government schools.

 

 

"Ebonics is a different language, it's not slang as many believe,' Texeira told the Sun. "For many of these students Ebonics is their language, and it should be considered a foreign language. These students should be taught like other students who speak a foreign language."

Not slang! Ebonics is a combination of broken English, vulgarities, and idiocy. That’s it! The language is still English, it’s simply being used improperly. No differently than someone from the deep South misusing the English language with their Southern dialect and phrasings. Yet no one has proposed naming it “hickonics”.

 

The program, which will be implemented gradually, begins this fall when teachers receive training on black culture and customs. The district curriculum will include information on the historical, cultural and social impact of blacks in society.

Fact: Most of target students have little education when it comes to the above subject matter. Ebonics has no historical basis in black culture. Africans never referred to each other as “Dawg”, their ornate wardrobe was never called “bling-bling” and I can almost guarantee their language wasn’t butchered the way ebonics does the English language.

How the hell are they going to dictate sentence structure out of that garbled crap? There is no way Microsoft has any software geared toward proofreading ebonics.

 

Board member Danny Tillman told the paper he pushed for the policy because he hoped it would increase the number of black students going to college and participating in advanced courses.

Oh sure, I’m going to trust a doctor who talks like a drug pusher or a lawyer who refers to the jury as “Ma peeps”.

 

Teresa Parra, board vice president, worries other minority groups, including Hispanics, will want their own programs.

Um…they already do. Well, everyone except the WHITE KIDS. Because that would be raciest.

 

"I've always thought that we should provide students support based on their needs and not on their race," she said.

Thank you Teresa, now go to the senate floor and address that point as it pertains to affirmative action.

 

Ratibu Jacocks, a member of a coalition of black activists – the Westside Action Group – said they are working with the district to ensure the policy is implemented appropriately. Translation: You will bow down and kiss our black asses or we will scream “racism!”

"This isn't a feel-good policy. This is the real thing," said Jacocks. I think I’m going to be sick.

He welcomes the idea of other ethnic groups lobbying for their own program. Until a group of white kids wants to start one.

 

"When you are doing what's right, others will follow,' Jacocks said. "We have led the way before the civil-rights movement opened the door for women's rights and other movements." Here comes the vomit fairy again.
