Raffle for my final show this weekend!

Ok, I promised you a raffle, and here it is. You need not be present to win. Use the paypal button to donate to the cause, and I'll give you raffle tickets. $1 for 1, and $15 for 20. What do you win? Since I've spent the last decade telling people what to do on Friday nights, you get to tell me what to do.
We'll draw 6 winners, and over the next six months, I'll let a winner pick an activity for me to do on a Friday night.

You can invite yourself over for dinner, you can tell me to go to the movies or to do something totally out of my comfort zone. Or have me make cookies and mail them to troops.

Three restrictions

1. It cannot go against my moral code. Stop laughing, I have one! I'm not going to go eat meat, or kick puppies.

2. It has to be economically feasible. I can't fly back to Michigan to hang out with you, as much as I would love to.

3. I'm not offering to be your maid. But babysitting is an option.

Go the the website for the paypal button. www.crazedimaginations.net/amyroast

Please come out and support my final show, and if you're current/former/visiting cast let me know if you're interesting in speaking at the roast or being part of the special cast. And if you can't make it, you can just donate something, every little bit could really add up to something special!

My last show/charity roast in finally confirmed for March 19th at La Paloma. More roast details will follow, but I wanted to get the word out about my final show. I want to do a convention style show, where people play only a scene or two of a character, so I can get lots of friends on stage with me. If you're interested, let me know here or in email, anyone from any cast (or former cast) is invited, it will all depend on how much interest I get.

Still want more after Halloween? Rocky Horror is the way to go!

Are you experiencing Post-Halloween blues? Feel the need to dress up and show off your creative abilities, but don’t think there is a venue for it? Riding that high from Halloween and don’t feel like having it end? Not sure what to do on a Friday night? Well, have we got your problems solved! At Crazed Imaginations, San Diego’s Rocky Horror Picture Show, we aim to fill that void that is in your freakish heart. Not only do we perform every Friday night at midnight at the historic La Paloma Theatre, but every 2nd Friday of the month is Lingerie Night, where you the audience get to prance around in your underwear and win fabulous prizes.

And this month’s Lingerie Night is particularly special, as it is Friday the 13th! Friday the 13th’s are special at Crazed Imaginations because it is the day that people let their inner freak out, and we here at Rocky Horror are happy to give people the venue. What better way to celebrate these spookiest of days with a couple hundred people in a crowded theatre, most wearing nothing but their underwear, and actually encouraged to yell things at the movie? Oh, how about if it only costs $9. That’s right, only $9! That’s cheaper than going to see a movie, and where else do you get a total interactive experience?

Haven’t see The Rocky Horror Picture Show? Well, it is a totally unique experience. Come see why this movie has been a cult phenomenon for almost 35 years! Check us out at www.crazedimaginations.net and come do the Time Warp again!

My courses for fall quarter

Analytic Methods for Public Policy Analysis

This course will expose students to a set of tools and principles that fall under the heading of "analytic methods." These methods help public policy and program analysts systematically value decisions, improve the decision-making process (and hopefully the resultant decisions), value inputs and outcomes, handle uncertainty, and compare aspects of public policy and systems that might not otherwise appear to be comparable. Topics include discounting techniques, cost-benefit analysis, decision theory, difference equations, and elements of microeconomic analysis.

and

Scope and Dynamics of Public Policy

This course is an introduction to the public policy process in the United States. It focuses on developing an understanding of what "political" and "public policy" mean and how public policy is made. The course considers agenda setting, decision making theory and methods of analyzing policy outcomes. Course materials will provide students with the analytical framework to explore why some problems reach the public agenda, why some solutions are adopted and others rejected, and why some policies appear to succeed while others appear to fail. It will examine policy making primarily at the national level but will also look at examples at the state and local level.

I noticed there are three online classes available for fall. IDK if I can take three classes and work, I'm wondering how I'll manage two. Guess I just need to wait and see. But where's the fun in that?

At first I was a little non plussed that it wasn't actually a cast member in the first few seconds of the video, but if you watch long enough, you'll see a few more of our sexy men from Pride
