"Friends, when life gets really difficult, don't jump to the conclusion that God isn't on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner." -1 Peter 4:12-13 (The Message)
+A year and some change later and I'm still in love with Baylor. +That 'settled in' feeling with friends here and at home. -December graduation/jobs/internships taking some away. +Tortilla tossing, museum trips, late-night romps around campus. +Making the absolute most of our time together. +/-Being busy busy busy all the time. +/-It's November already?! +I'm coming home in two days!
My English professor just pissed me off so I don't think I'm going back to school for my afternoon class with him. I'm the type that feels guilty for skipping classes (even with good reason) but, man, I don't think I can look at him again today. Ugggggggggh.
So I used to post a Word of the Day as part of my New Year's resolution, but I quickly abandoned that for lack of time. I still get the e-mails and share each day's word with a friend of mine who likes to tease me about my vocabulary. Lately Matt has started sharing his own words, courtesy of urbandictionary.com. Here's today's word:
cupcaking\KUPH-keyk-ing\, verb:
1. Flirting or being flirtatious. 2. Constantly kissing and being all over someone in public places.
Example: Ayyo, stop cupcaking wit that ugly ass ho.
Really, try and use it in conversation today. Better yet, use the example sentence. Let me know how it goes.
