Hand in hand, step by step, the two danced as if they were one.
The band’s music filled the room with a sweet, enchanting melody. Harlock and Maya’s eyes were locked together, eyes swelling with adoration for the other. Harlock gently and lovingly stroking his wife’s hand.
All the couples at the gala took notice of the pair. It was difficult not to. You could feel their dancing, as well as their hearts— be completely in sync.
Dipping his beloved as the music reached it’s crescendo, reaching in for a kiss. Maya returned her darling’s kiss with love in kind.
Was listening to Dmitri Shostakovich - Waltz No. 2, and made this. <3 I will always love writing these two. I want to bring more fics of them to the world!
