linkyI'll be leaving for a trip tomorrow that'll last a week, so I don't know if I'll get much done both on DW and also creatively during it. I can use DW on my phone but it's easier on a desktop in terms of posting outside of comments. So I thought it'd be fun to post the rest of the current snippets from this AU longfic from other ask games on tumblr. :D

Minato leaned forward and kissed Spanner. Which surprised him, letting go of Minato’s suit collar from the shock. But he accepted the kiss just as quickly. Wrapping his arms around him, savoring feeling the warmth of his body once more. Something he though he’d never get the chance to experience again.
The kiss only deepened as they leaned against the wall. Minato enjoyed the pressure of Spanner’s body as it pushed up against his own, it made him feel safe.
When he thought about it… Spanner had made him feel a sense of safety and comfort for some time now.

He had to make the right choice, but would he be able to in this instance? Was there even a correct choice to begin with?

“…I knew it. He’s been acting off ever since then too. And it looks like his awkwardness has rubbed off onto you.”
They both knew Minato’s eating habits were not ideal… Back in his own apartment it was mainly coffee jelly drinks and leftovers that could be found in his fridge. So he’d take Spanner up on that offer.
Before Spanner could think further on this, Minato’s hand slowly slid onto his.

His features softened. “It looks like neither of us know how to navigate these sorts of things.”
Minato laughed again while scratching his head, “That is very kind of you, but I know you’re busy.”
Says the man with two teaching jobs. But Spanner kept that comment to himself. “It’s not a problem. Whenever you’re free, I’d be happy to.”
