Apologies
I'm really sorry for all the "controversy" the change to the comics may have caused. I was terribly excited about it, and I honestly thought you guy would like it, too. I should have done another poll or something to get opinions beforehand.
But I'm going to be frank, which doesn't happen too often:
Despite the generally negative response to the change, I am not changing it. I've changed the size and color of the font to make it easier to read, because I love you, but I love the style and it's not going. I've been wanting to change it for a while, and it's finally reached the point where I'm content with the look. I have a pathological need to please everyone, and Lord knows I can't do that, so I'm going to do the next best thing, and make these for myself.
If it still hurts your eyes, I'm so sorry. We've all got eye strain from looking at our computers all day :P

Poll and Mod-y Items of Importance
Alrighty. Obligatory, annoying mod update. Hurrah.
After a recent look at the info page to this journal, I noticed we are slowly approaching 1,000 watchers. Crazy. Anyways, I also looked at the number of comments I get per entry, and it's no where near 1,000. I don't expect you guys to comment on every one, but I just want to know that enough of you are reading them for me to continue

Oh, and on another note, I'd ask that you refrain from making "ICON LOVE!!!" comments/threads in my posts. I do get e-mails for every single comment, you know ;) If you are dying to talk about an icon, do it at the owner's journal. Or at least tell me how much you love the comic. Because I am a selfish old man.
