Tucson: 24/7 for Health Sciences affiliates, CatCard required. Open to public 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Phoenix: 5:30am-midnight weekdays, 7am-10pm weekends. CatCard or PBC badge access after 5pm and on weekends.
