Recently saw a video of a guy talking about how his autism makes him feel super guilty about watching anything that is similar to Transformers but not it and that's why he couldn't get into Metal Cardbot and he mentioned how he was able to trick his brain into watching the Brave series because he convinced himself it was an offshoot of Transformers...

It just had me thinking about the speculative ecology that could be done with them.. I haven't gotten very far in any of the Brave shows that I'm watching due to the giant Kinnikuman sized hole in my brain so I don't really know that much about the Braves species wise. (Only counting the ones that are explicitly stated to be aliens in their respective shows.. the cast of J-Decker for example don't count since I'm pretty sure they're entirely made by humans)

I wonder how the Cardbots would react to meeting Cybertronians?? It's gotta be weird to run into a species that looks and acts like yours and perfectly fits into your niche with a few differences.

A majority of their biggest differences are in their faces though... Cardbots have eyes that are more like digital displays than actual eyeballs and none of them have mouths (that I've seen so far), they also don't have noses. Cybertronians do (as a majority) have gouge-able eyeballs, mouths and noses (sometimes. Depends on the continuity whether they're given nose privileges or not).

It kinda makes sense that he could trick himself into liking Brave since.. Exkaiser for example looks way more like a Cybertronian than Blue Cop does even though they are a different species.

Also I think that Cybertronians (on average) might be a bit bigger than the Cardbots?? Of course that's dependent on the Transformers continuity you're going with but.. I dunno. The Cardbots just feel smaller for some reason.

Do you think that Cardbots would be scared of Cybertronians because of their eyes?? (Cardbots have pupils, Cybertronians do not in most continuities)

Now that I've gotten to Fleta's introductory episode I noticed how his wings fold differently from a Cybertronian's as well.. maybe it's just a him thing though. I'll have to wait for other fliers to be introduced. (Not really counting Shadow X since he's not the same type of aircraft as Fleta.. and the only Cybertronian that turns into kinda the same thing as him is TFA Megatron and even then his design doesn't even have visible wings.)

Would they be able to hybridize like servals and domestic cats can?? What would those offspring even look like??
