Crazy eccentric NYC woman becomes a big star and posh SF lawyer quits to be a stay at home wife until she ends up a single mom. Nothing alike but they are best friends, roommates and tbh should’ve just been gay despite the ridiculous beef and sharing a man. Both women are insufferable at times but I understand them completely. The men are straight evil or annoying. Good story tho. I feel like my mom would have watched this. I knew exactly how the movie was ending when it was two best friends from 11 to adulthood. Casting for young girls to adult is fantastic.
