That movie wormed its way into my brain so gnarly style. the times Bear doesn’t frame what’s happening as “I made this wish” it’s always like “she’s obsessed with me” and the horrifying and devastating scene where Nikki is begging him to kill her before “she” wakes up, like the evil of the movie being this dudes selfishness to take this girls…

I really loved this, but can’t help but be a little annoyed by marketing campaigns here. It was an incredible push but ultimately this one was a little more fun to look forward to than to actually watch.  That said, this movie has every element that I want in a horror movie, I just wish there were *more* of all of these. Felt similar to eating something that has the right diversity in spices etc but not enough of any…
