I'm such a sucker for animated films like this one, it's just so frustrating to see that this movie does not get enough hype because it's Asian. The beauty on each detail amazes me still to this day, everytime I rewatch this film, it gives me the same feeling I felt when I first watched this.

Not only is this absolutely heartwarming but also crushes your heart, it explores so many themes of grief and how hard it is to get over losing someone so special and precious to you. Even though this was obviously targeted for kids, it never fails to make me tear up.

I love Tim Burton and his movies. And this one is also a masterpiece, I love the fantasy of what the afterlife would look like! And the details on the dead bodies. Though it isn't the best one I watched from his production. 🍁🍁🍁

Three words. Basic, boring, repetitive. The jumpscares were boring, the cgi was better but it's still very obvious. The makeup is questionable. The ending is so uhm, but the plot was ok. More of gore I think and it seemed more psychological on how she'll have the lies and guilt follow her till she dies.
