I'd expect nothing less from the directors of into the spiderverse, just an all round incredible film.
Visually delicious and wonderfully paced, a brilliant and faithful adaption of the book, my only complaint is that a few things which were devastating in the book were played more comedically than I would have liked, but I get wanting to keep the movie more tonally consistent. Also the final arc was kind of rushed over, which was one of my favourite bits in the book, but supposedly there is a 3+ hour directors cut out there, I need it give it to me.

I've just read the plot synopsis for wuthering heights and if I had read this book I would definitely be as mad as everyone else is, but I haven't, and so I enjoyed this camp macabre film.

I'm still on the fence about how I feel about my friend cursing us by saying Heathcliff pre-shave looks like our friend, GM, turning the first half of the film into an uncomfortable GM thirst trap. Can't decide if this added to or detracted from the experience.

Appealing to the high court for them to take away Matthew's movie picking privileges until he successfully chooses one (1) movie with a three dimensional woman in it.
The concept for this was cute but the pacing sucked and the only impression I was left with was that Jon Favreau wanted to go on a food road trip and pretend to have chemistry with Scarlett Johansson and Sofia Vergara so he made a movie about it.
