Basically Evil Dead Rise just with mummy's, honestly not a bad idea just didnt really love the ending felt way to corny like cornier than it should. There were some pretty decent kills and I like the lore behind it. Just fun, dumb, bloody mess and I liked it but it could've been a lot better.

Dumb, kinda lazy, but loads of fun. Got what I expected out of this, wishing it could've been better with them just focusing on Johnny's story but they kinda were all over the place with the story. But it actually had the tournament this time and they had some really decent fights. Plus they got rid of Cole yound within like 20 to 30 minutes in which I think was a smart move with all the fan backlash. Overall fun movie and better than the first one but still not super great

Went to go see this with a good friend, not typically a big fan of the first movie but rewatched the first one beforehand and though it was decent and pretty funny. Watched this one and I enjoyed it too, watching Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Meryl Streep, and Stanley Tucci interact was fun and there was a cool cameo by a singer towards the end I did not expect. Overall it was a nice, funny movie but didnt really grab me throughout.

Saw this one a week or so ago and absolutely loved it! I didnt think they had anything else to really tell with the story but wow I loved the nightmare on elm street inspired elements they brought into this. Still think the first one is the best but this was a really strong followup
