Thought this was mostly effective at its surrealism, parsons has chops and in there is a middle portion of this where a great stride is found within its abstract limitless and truly insane found footage sequences but then it’s thin narrative kinda comes back to bite it within the 3rd act when it tries to haphazardly connect things back at the end and kinda loses itself in real time. Still, I think the unique atmosphere captured here is strong enough to makes Parson’s debut an imperfect but engrossing horror experience.
