Icl maybe I love this actually. Will change my rating once I’ve watched the whole thing but if u asked me now it’s five stars because even with all the historical inaccuracies it’s kind of peak docu-art and quite beautiful

Jokes aside it’s great. I love the little speeches the characters slip into here and there, and the cinematography is so good. The entire sequence in the quarry (yes all of it) was so, so fucking well done. It felt mythic, and terrifying, and had scale, and in that way the entire film WAS brutalist.
