Patchy character development and an ending that’s OK as long as you don’t think about it too much.

1999 was such a great year for movies.

Lazy script, stupid premise and irritating plot holes. Morgan Freeman totally phoned it in and I didn't care about any of the characters. Blockbuster sci-fi for idiots.

One star for having the bloke from Oldboy in it.

A couple of times I genuinely thought I’d fallen asleep and missed a scene, but it turned out to be because the plot was all over the place.
