David ur right—it’s movies like these that make me feel glad to be alive
friends, i watched this on 16mm where the film was loaded onto a projector reel by reel. the projectionist said either the type of film used or the age of it caused a red tint on the film, he wasn’t sure, but turned off the lights for me and focused the camera and adjusted the sound and i got to watch one of my favorite movies on a reel (real) projector as it hummed and whirred. the new york public library is the best in the world i love my hometown
