fun movie. insanely overstated in terms of sadness, very expected ending. imagine being the director and focusing on just some spoilt german kid who kinda empathises with the jews his nazi dad is exploiting, just to sort of branch off on the german kid instead of the actual jews.
overall a pretty selfish self-explanatory hollywood interpretation of a horrific war that has been sugarcoated to blowjob the audience so that they don't shit their pants.
it's still a fun movie
