There’s a comparison to be made to There Is No Anti-Memetics Division in how these creators successfully translated internet-weird short content into fully realized respectable long-form works. I liked this, it was a lot of fun in parts. The less it explained, the more I enjoyed. 

An interesting coincidence that Chiwetel Ejiofor narrated the audio book of Susanna Clarke’s Piranesi, which takes place in a backrooms of its own. (And which, now that I think about it, is almost the same story if you squint really hard.)

Not as crazy about this as some but it’s pretty wild that these guys got a Star Wars movie taken away from them.
